This is the local SEO work that normally comes with a monthly invoice. I do it once. A real page for every city you serve, written about your business and that city, published to your own site - then I hand you the keys.
Every other quote you have had for this was a monthly one. Go and check - the agencies publish their prices. This is the whole fee.
Not ready? Pick one city and I will do that one free, before you pay anything. No call, no catch.
Free usually comes with a hook - somebody hoping you will feel like you owe them afterwards. That is not what this is.
This whole thing rests on me not making anything up about your business, and there is no way to prove that to you in a message. You have to read it. So pick one city you cover, I will do that one, and I will send it to you. If it sounds like something you would put your name on, the other twenty four are $750. If it does not, keep it and we are done.
It goes on a temporary link that comes down after seven days. That is not a sales tactic - it is sitting on my hosting and I take it down. If you want to keep it, it is yours to keep.
Three things. That is the whole offer.
Twenty five cities. Each one is written about your business and that city - not the same thing with the name swapped out. Somebody searching in the next city over lands on something that is actually about where they live.
The right category, the cities you serve, your own photos, and a reply written for every review sitting there unanswered. A reply is public, so the next person reading your reviews can see whether anyone is home.
One honest note: if your listing is not verified yet, only you can finish that part - Google sends you the code - and Google takes days to weeks over it. I do the work either way. Anybody who tells you they can speed Google up is guessing.
The pages go live on your website, linked up so Google can find them. Then I hand you the keys. No account, no login, no software of mine sitting in the middle.
So you know exactly what you are walking into.
Notice that none of them are about how many jobs you will get. I do not control that, so I will not promise it.
Read every page. If you find a single thing about your business that is not true - a city you do not serve, a certification you do not hold, a number nobody gave me - you pay nothing and you still keep the pages.
You get all twenty five pages live and the listing work done, or you get a refund. This covers me delivering what is listed above. It does not cover results, it does not cover changing your mind, and it does not cover how long Google takes to verify a listing - that part is not mine to hand over.
The pages sit on your website, in your account. If you never speak to me again they keep working. There is no subscription of mine holding them up.
Their own site said licensed and insured. I left it off all their pages, because nobody had sent me the licence number. They were annoyed about it for about a minute. Then they understood - I would rather leave a line out than put something on your website that you would have to defend to a customer.
That is the whole difference between this and a tool that spits out pages. Software will happily write that your company has served four hundred families since 1998 because it reads well. I will not put a number on your website that you did not give me.
I have written these for two roofing companies already - one in Abilene, Texas and one in Prosper, Texas. I am not naming them here, because they did not ask to be in my marketing.
Ask me and I will send you the actual pages. Not a mockup and not a screenshot - the real thing, so you can read it and decide whether it sounds like something you would put your name on.
On the Abilene build the honesty check flagged nothing across every page, and it refused to write one line that was sitting on their own website. That is the report you get with yours.
I do not know, and neither does anybody who tells you yes. Here is the part I can tell you straight: Google cannot rank a page for a city when no page on your site is about that city. Right now one page is doing the work of twenty five. After this, twenty five pages are. What Google then does with them depends on your reviews, how long your site has been around, and who else is fighting for that city.
It is, if the pages are one page with the city name swapped out. Google publishes a rule about exactly that - they call them doorway pages - and it is a fair thing to worry about. It is what a tool produces when all it was ever given is a spreadsheet row with your city and your trade on it - there was nothing true about your business in there to write from.
So I measure it instead of promising it. On the last two roofing builds, two pages for neighbouring cities shared between five and fourteen percent of their wording. You get that measurement with your pages. Here is how it is measured, including the numbers off those real builds.
About a week from the day you send the form back. The first three pages come to you in a day or two so you can stop me early if the tone is wrong.
Fill in one form - your cities, your services, and the true things about your business. Around ten minutes. Then look at the first three pages and tell me yes or change this.
Tell me before you pay and I will tell you straight whether I can publish to it. If you have no website at all, the pages still get built, and setting up somewhere to put them is a separate conversation and a separate price. I will not take your money and work it out afterwards.
Yes. Three hundred dollars for another ten cities, whenever you want them. No commitment to ever do it.
Nothing happens. The pages are on your website in your account, the listing is yours, and none of it switches off. That is the point.
Roofing SEO is sold monthly. Open two agency pricing pages and you will find numbers like two thousand a month to start and two and a half thousand for a top tier, alongside cheaper ones. Those are their published prices, not my estimate - go and check rather than take my word for it. But the price is not really the point. Every one of those numbers goes out again next month, and the month after, and in year three it is still going out.
Mine is seven hundred and fifty once. It is that price because you would be one of the first three and I want the before and after to show people. After those three it goes to fifteen hundred. That is the only reason, and I would rather say it than pretend it is a sale.
Me. Jet, at Gokai. There is no team and no account manager - you get my name and my email, and the same person who wrote the pages is the one who answers you.
Pay now and I will send the form today, or take the free page first and decide afterwards.
Rather see one first? Email me one city and I will do that one, before you pay anything.
After the pages are live, some owners keep me on monthly to add cities and keep the Google listing fed. That is a separate thing, and it is your call once you have seen the work.
