The short version. Gokai.pro has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. Nobody is tracking you around the internet from here. The only personal information this site ever receives is what you type into a form yourself, and it goes to one place: my email inbox. It is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.
Who this is
Gokai.pro is a one-person business run by Jet Nocum, based in the Philippines. I build lead follow-up, landing pages, and review systems for home-service companies. This policy covers the website at gokai.pro and its pages.
Questions, corrections, or a request to delete something: email gokaipro1@gmail.com. It comes to me directly, not a support queue.
What this site collects
Only what you choose to type. There are two forms on this site, and neither is required to read anything here.
1. The Free Lead Check form
On the contact section of the home page. It asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message (whatever you write in the box)
2. The roof estimate demo
A sample pricing tool at /apps/roof-estimator-demo.html. If you choose to send yourself the result, it asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your address and ZIP code (used to work out the size and regional pricing of the roof)
- The estimate itself and any notes you add
You can use that calculator start to finish without submitting anything. The numbers appear on your screen whether or not you fill in the form, and the address you enter never leaves your browser unless you press send.
What I do with it
I read it and I reply to you. That is the whole purpose. Specifically, I use what you send to:
- Answer your message or send the lead check you asked for.
- Follow up a couple of times if you asked me to look at something and I have not heard back.
I do not add you to a mailing list, put you into an automated drip sequence, or use your details to build an advertising audience. If you would rather I stopped replying, say so in one line and that is the end of it.
Who else touches your information
Running a website means a few other companies are involved. Here is the complete list and what each one actually sees.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and I have no control over their internal practices. Server logs of the kind Vercel and Cloudflare keep are automatic and generated for every website on the internet. I do not read them, and there is no tool on this site that ties them back to you.
Because those companies are based in the United States and I am in the Philippines, information you send does cross borders. If that matters to you, do not use the forms. Everything on the site is readable without them.
What this site does not do
Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual enough that people assume otherwise:
- No cookies. This site does not set any.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording. I genuinely do not know who visits.
- No advertising or retargeting. Visiting here will not make ads follow you around.
- No selling or sharing. Your details are never sold, rented, traded, or passed to a third party for their own use.
- No account, no password. There is nothing to sign up for.
The fonts are stored on this site rather than loaded from a font service, which is one more place your visit is not reported to.
The Stormline demo
Pages under /stormline/ are a labeled sample build for a company that does not exist. It is there to show how a real funnel works.
That demo stores the answers you click through in your own browser (using session storage) purely so the next page can show them back to you. It is deleted the moment you close the tab, it is never sent anywhere, and no submission from it reaches me or anyone else. Do not enter real personal details into it, because there is nothing on the other end to receive them.
How long it is kept
Messages sit in my email inbox, the same way any email does. If we end up working together I keep our correspondence for as long as the project needs and for my own records afterwards. If we do not, ask me to delete it and I will, and I will confirm once it is done.
There is no separate customer database behind this site. Nothing is stored on the website itself.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email gokaipro1@gmail.com and I will handle it myself, usually within a few days. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to use any special wording.
Children
This site sells services to business owners and is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has sent something through a form here, email me and I will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If I add something to the site that collects information differently, I will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal. Any change applies going forward, not retroactively.
One last thing. If something here is unclear, or you think this page does not match what the site actually does, tell me. I would rather fix it than have it be technically true and practically useless.
