The short version. Gokai.pro has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. Information about you or your business reaches me in two ways: ordinary business details that are already public, which I use for the business directory, and anything you choose to give me yourself, through a form, by email, or on a phone call. The site also receives basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, through its hosting and content-delivery services. Gokai.pro does not sell or rent your personal information, and does not use it for advertising.
Who this is
Gokai.pro is a one-person business run by Jet Nocum, based in the Philippines. I build lead follow-up, landing pages, and review systems for home-service companies, and I run the North Texas Homeowner Guide, a directory of local home-service businesses at /guide/. This policy covers the website at gokai.pro and all of its pages, including the directory.
Questions, corrections, or a request to delete something: email gokaipro1@gmail.com. It comes to me directly, not a support queue.
The business directory
The directory lists local home-service businesses, starting with roofers. A listing can be created before anyone from the business has contacted me.
What a listing can contain
- Business name
- Business phone number
- Website
- Business address or the areas it serves
- The services it offers and a short description
- Its Google star rating and number of Google reviews, as shown on Google on the date it was checked (not the reviews themselves)
- Whether the business has confirmed its details, and the date the listing was last checked
Where it comes from
Two places only: business information that is already publicly available, such as the business's own website and its Google listing, and information the business gives me or corrects itself.
Listings are about businesses, not private individuals. Some businesses trade under an owner's name, or publish a phone number that is also someone's personal number. If that applies to you and you would rather it was not shown, tell me and I will change or remove it.
What a listing does and does not mean
- A basic listing is free. It does not mean the business has bought anything from Gokai.pro, and it does not require a purchase to exist, to be corrected, or to be confirmed.
- A listing marked as confirmed has been checked by someone at the business. An unconfirmed listing is built only from public information.
How I contact businesses
I may call a business at the phone number it publishes, even if nobody there has filled in a form on this site. The reason for that call is the listing: to check the details are right and to correct anything that is out of date. If you give me an email address or number to use, I may send you a link to your listing.
During or after that conversation, I may also mention an optional paid service, such as premium placement in the directory or one of the systems I build. That is separate from the listing. You can say no, and your basic listing stays exactly as it is.
If you do not want to hear from me again, say so on the call or email gokaipro1@gmail.com. I will make a note of it and stop contacting you. I do not record these calls.
Forms on this site
Separate from the directory, this site receives only what you choose to type. None of these forms is required to read anything here.
1. The Free Lead Check form
On the contact section of the home page. It asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message (whatever you write in the box)
2. The directory listing form
At /guide/add-your-business/, for a business to confirm its details, fix something, add itself, or ask to be removed. It asks for:
- What you want done (confirm, fix, add, or remove)
- The business name
- Your name
- A phone number or email so I can reach you about the listing
- Anything you want changed or added (optional)
3. The homeowner request form
At /guide/get-roof-help/, for a homeowner who wants roofers to call them. It asks for:
- What is going on with the roof (leak, storm damage, repair, new roof, or not sure)
- Your town or ZIP code
- Your name
- Your phone number
This is the one form where your details go to other businesses, and only because you asked for that. I pass them to up to 3 roofing companies listed in the guide that serve your town, so they can call you. Nobody else gets them, nobody pays me for them, and I never sell them. Tell me in one line if you want your request withdrawn and I will ask those roofers to delete it.
4. The roof estimate demo
A sample pricing tool at /apps/roof-estimator-demo.html. If you choose to send yourself the result, it asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your address and ZIP code (used to work out the size and regional pricing of the roof)
- The estimate itself and any notes you add
You can use that calculator start to finish without submitting anything. The numbers appear on your screen whether or not you fill in the form, and the address you enter never leaves your browser unless you press send.
What I do with it
I use what you send me, or tell me on a call, to:
- Answer your message or send the lead check you asked for.
- Check, correct, or update a directory listing.
- Pass a homeowner request to up to 3 listed roofers, when you asked me to.
- Get back in touch about that listing or about something you asked me to look at.
- Tell you about an optional Gokai.pro service where it relates to your business or to what you asked about.
I do not add you to a mailing list, put you into an automated drip sequence, or use your details to build an advertising audience. If you would rather I stopped contacting you, say so in one line and that is the end of it.
Who else touches your information
Running a website means a few other companies are involved. Here is the complete list and what each one actually sees.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and I have no control over their internal practices. Server logs of the kind Vercel and Cloudflare keep are automatic and generated for every website on the internet. I do not read them, and there is no tool on this site that ties them back to you.
Because those companies are based outside the Philippines, where I am, information you send does cross borders. If that matters to you, do not use the forms. Everything on the site is readable without them.
What this site does not do
Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual enough that people assume otherwise:
- No cookies. This site does not set any.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording. I genuinely do not know who visits.
- No advertising or retargeting. Visiting here will not make ads follow you around.
- No selling or sharing. Your details are never sold, rented, traded, or passed to a third party for their own use.
- No account, no password. There is nothing to sign up for.
The fonts are stored on this site rather than loaded from a font service, which is one more place your visit is not reported to.
One thing the directory does keep in your own browser: if you tap Save on a listing, the list of businesses you saved is stored on your device (in local storage) so it is still there next time. It is never sent to me or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The Stormline demo
Pages under /stormline/ are a labeled sample build for a company that does not exist. It is there to show how a real funnel works.
That demo stores the answers you click through in your own browser (using session storage) purely so the next page can show them back to you. It is deleted the moment you close the tab, it is never sent anywhere, and no submission from it reaches me or anyone else. Do not enter real personal details into it, because there is nothing on the other end to receive them.
How long it is kept
Messages sit in my email inbox, the same way any email does. If we end up working together I keep our correspondence for as long as the project needs and for my own records afterwards. If we do not, ask me to delete it and I will, and I will confirm once it is done.
Directory listings stay up while the directory runs, unless the business asks me to remove one. The listing itself is the record of what I hold about each business, including whether it has been confirmed or corrected. I do not record calls and I do not keep call notes. The one thing I do write down is a request not to be contacted again, so that the request keeps working.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you or your business, correct it, or delete it. A business can also ask me to correct its directory listing or remove it. Email gokaipro1@gmail.com, use the directory listing form, or tell me on a call, and I will handle it myself, usually within a few days. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to use any special wording.
Children
This site is for homeowners and business owners and is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has sent something through a form here, email me and I will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If I add something to the site that collects information differently, I will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal. Any change applies going forward, not retroactively.
One last thing. If something here is unclear, or you think this page does not match what the site actually does, tell me. I would rather fix it than have it be technically true and practically useless.
